1. Product Shipping

Aatmanova ships high-quality crystals and wellness products across India and to 42 international territories.

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days to allow for careful inspection and final preparation.
  • Domestic (India): 5-7 business days via Blue Dart or Delhivery.
  • International: 12-18 business days via DHL Express.

2. Digital Delivery

All professional services, session records, and gift cards are delivered via instant email delivery to your registered email address. Access details for our learning portals are ready within 60 minutes of payment.

3. Product Protection

Products are packaged in eco-friendly, protective boxes to ensure they remain safe during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team immediately.

4. International Shipping

Customers located outside of India are responsible for any local import duties or local taxes levied by their respective governing authorities. Aatmanova provides full documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

5. Tracking Support

Real-time tracking links are provided for every physical shipment. You can track the movement of your order through the "Order Status" section of your portal.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns on crystals once the seal is broken. However, if you have any concerns about your product, please contact us for assistance. Professional services are non-refundable once the consultation session has been started.
