1. Shipment Processing Times

All standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Custom orders, customized rudraksha combinations, or items requiring specific practitioner preparation may take 5-7 business days to prepare before shipping.

We do not ship orders on Sundays or public holidays. In the event of high order volumes or unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Delivery (within India): Typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
• International Delivery: Typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination country. Custom duties or taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

We package our products with extreme care using shockproof, environment-friendly materials. However, if your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the box and product upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected].
