1. Products (Crystals, Gems, Rudrakshas)

Since our physical products consist of natural, ethically sourced crystals and authentic rudrakshas, minor natural inclusions or texture variances are normal.

• Returns & Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or broken item during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof at [email protected]. We will gladly arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.
• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple change of mind after the product has shipped, as many items are custom packaged or energized per request.

2. Wellness Services (Numerology, Reiki, Access Bars)

Consultations and energy healing sessions require advanced booking and reservation of practitioners' schedules.

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund or re-booking credit.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your scheduled online appointment are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return/refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
