Understanding Energy.
Reiki is a wellness practice that uses Natural Energy to support your well-being. In the Aatmanova guide, practitioners act as supportive guides, channeling this calm energy to help balance your body and mind.
The effectiveness of a session depends on the practitioner's own Personal Balance and focus.
Using Symbols.
Traditional Reiki symbols are Tools for Focus. When used during a session, they help the practitioner focus on specific areas of well-being:
- Cho Ku Rei: Used for increasing power and localized grounding.
- Sei He Ki: Used for emotional and mental balance and focus.
- Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen: Used for creating a distant connection with the recipient.
- Dai Ko Myo: Used for expert-level alignment and deep peace.
Session Guide.
A standard Aatmanova Reiki session involves 12 precise Hand Placements. The practitioner maintains a steady focus for 3-5 minutes at each location, using their personal intuition to determine when an area has been fully balanced.
"The hand is the connection; the heart is the source."
Remote Sessions.
Using the principle of Universal Connection, Reiki can be shared with recipients who are not physically present. This connection is established through our support network, ensuring a high-quality experience regardless of distance.
Cleansing & Protection.
To prevent Energy Drain, practitioners follow simple cleansing steps. This involves a pre-session meditation with a crystal and a post-session cleansing reset to stay refreshed.
