1. Aatmanova Services
Consultations, reports, and personalized energy analyses are categorized as personalized services. Once the analysis process has been initiated by our experts, these services are non-refundable due to the specialized labor and time required.
2. Physical Items
You have 14 days from the date of item arrival to request a return. The object must be in its original state, including all original packaging and documentation. Used or unsealed items cannot be returned due to quality and safety reasons.
3. Digital Products
Gift cards, digital course materials, and downloadable logs are strictly non-refundable once the access has been granted or the download link has been clicked.
4. Quality Guarantee
If a physical item arrives with clear material defects that impair its function, we will provide a replacement or refund. Damage caused by improper handling or user negligence is not covered.
5. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. Once authorized, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10-15 business days.
6. Exceptions
Custom-prepared items and subscription fees are exempt from standard refund policies. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
