1. PARTNERSHIP TYPES

  • Affiliates: Promote Aatmanova products/services in exchange for commission

  • Wholesalers: Purchase in bulk for retail or resale

  • Healing Centers: Offer Aatmanova services at your physical location

  • Content Partners: Collaborate to create spiritual and wellness content

  • Tech Partners: Integrate via APIs or participate in data-related collaborations

2. APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Submit the partner application form at aatmanova.com/partners

  2. Application verification (3–5 business days)

  3. Data security audit (Tech Partners only)

  4. Agreement signing and onboarding

  5. Gain access to the Partner Dashboard

3. DATA SHARING PROTOCOLS

For All Partners:

  • No sharing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) without explicit consent

  • Annual compliance recertification is required

For Tech Partners:

  • Must have ISO 27001 certification or an equivalent data security standard

  • End-to-end encryption is mandatory for all data transfers

4. CO-MARKETING RULES

Branding:

  • A 70/30 logo ratio must be maintained (Aatmanova logo should be dominant)

  • Only pre-approved marketing templates may be used

Claims:

  • Efficacy or healing claims must be approved by a certified Vedic expert

  • Testimonials must include appropriate disclaimers

5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliates:

  • 15% commission on crystals and Rudraksha products

  • 10% commission on consultations

  • Additional 5% bonus for compliant co-marketing efforts

Wholesalers:

  • 25–40% discount based on order volume

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): ₹25,000

6. ORDER FULFILLMENT

Shipping:

  • Orders shipped directly from our Varanasi warehouse

  • Dropshipping options are available

Returns:

  • Subject to Aatmanova’s standard return policy

  • A 5% restocking fee applies for wholesale returns

7. TERMINATION POLICY

Immediate Grounds for Termination:

  • Unauthorized data retention or misuse

  • Non-compliant or unauthorized co-branding

  • Misuse or misrepresentation of the Aatmanova brand

  • Payment fraud or financial misconduct

Inactivity:

  • Accounts inactive for more than 6 months may be archived
