2. BILLING & RENEWALS

  • Auto-Renewal:

    • Charged monthly or annually on the same calendar date

    • Email reminder sent 3 days prior to renewal

  • Cancellation:

    • Cancel anytime via your user dashboard

    • No refunds for unused or partial subscription periods

  • Failed Payments:

    • 3 retry attempts over a 7-day period

    • Access suspended after 10 days of non-payment

3. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate birth details for personalized services

  • Do not share passwords or account access

  • Report unauthorized access within 24 hours

4. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS
